As a women's empowerment coach, breathwork facilitator,  Elizabeth specializes in helping women in their 30s and 40s reclaim their identities and reignite their passions. Having walked the path of leaving a long-term marriage to rediscover her own truth,  she intimately understands the journey of feeling stuck, numb and lost. Through powerful coaching, breathwork and trauma healing, she links arms with women to guide them towards newfound freedom, peace and a life they truly want to live. Elizabeth's mission is to create a safe space for personal transformation, where you can shed what no longer serves you and bravely embrace your authentic self.

Lisa Baker is a Reiki Master and Sound Healer in Fairfield County, CT. She is passionate about using these energetic modalities to form deeper connect with self, balance emotions, bring the body into a state of self-healing, and find moments of peace within our busy days. As a mom of two and a certified special education teacher, she enjoys working with all ages and is able to tailor sessions to support the neurodivergent community.
