Breathwork Sessions



Here are a few tips for you as you dive into these sessions:

  1. If you've never done breathwork before, don't worry, these are great for beginners and experiments alike.

  2. Each session is approximately 10 minutes long.

  3. When engaging in breathwork, you may experience sensations like tingles or pressure.  These are normal, however if you're uncomfortable, dropping back to your normal breath to complete the session will do the trick.

  4. Lastly, each session provides facilitation that is invitational.  Following what your body needs is number one.
